FUND MANAGERS - EQUITY / FIXED INCOME / MONEY MARKET / VPS * Experience in managing portfolio of Conventional / Islamic Funds & VPS. * Good understanding and analytical / valuation skills of Equities and Fixed Income instruments. * Adequate knowledge of market, trading and settlement system. * Master Degree preferably in Finance / Commerce from a recognized institute. CFA will be an added advantage. * At least 2 years experience in relevant area preferably in AMC or other financial institutions. MANAGER LEGAL / SENIOR LAW OFFICER * To coordinate with legal counsels for ensuing and pending litigation, court hearings and other corporate legal matters. * Able to draft and review agreements, contracts, MoUs and other legal documents. * To prepare, draft, present legal opinions, letters and memoranda on all sorts of corporate matters. * Minimum LLB preferably LLM degree from HEC recognized university with 5 years of practice experience.
